About Paul R. Scheele and Win Wenger

Win Wenger, PhD, co-author of Genius Code was a pioneer in the fields of creativity and creative method, accelerated learning, brain and mind development, and political economy.

Formerly a college professor, Dr. Wenger was a trainer renowned around the world and the author of 55 published books, including his breakthrough text of techniques to facilitate scientific discovery and technical invention, Discovering the Obvious.

His main texts of education-related and growth techniques are Beyond Teaching and Learning, How to Increase Your Intelligence, and his most widely popular work, The Einstein Factor, co-authored with Richard Poe.

Win Wenger had also founded the unique nonprofit organization Project Renaissance, dedicated to increasing individuals’ potential and accelerating the dawning of a new Renaissance. The Project Renaissance web site contains major inventions Win has released into the public domain, reviews of his books, descriptions of the creative problem-solving techniques he has developed, up-to-date schedules of events and training courses sponsored by Project Renaissance, and a wealth of other material of interest to those concerned with increasing effective IQ, enhancing creativity and problem solving, and sharing their ideas with like-minded others.

Win passed away in January 2021.

Paul R. Scheele, Ph.D., is co-founder of Learning Strategies, a Minnesota-based private school and publisher of self-improvement, education, and health programs established in 1981. He is an innovator in the fields of neuro-linguistic programming, accelerated learning, and preconscious processing.

For over three decades, Paul’s work has involved him in the latest thinking on human potential, mental powers, and how to overcome challenges both personally and professionally. He is a speaker, author, trainer, and consultant with a passion for guiding people to achieve their full potential.

Paul has designed and developed over 75 programs to stimulate personal and professional success, including PhotoReading, a unique reading system for processing the written page at 25,000 words a minute, the highly acclaimed Paraliminal learning sessions, and the “Future Mapping,” “Genius Code,” and “Natural Brilliance” personal learning courses. He has authored three books: “PhotoReading,” “Natural Brilliance,” and “Drop Into Genius.” His works, translated into 18 languages, are sold in 185 countries.

Paul received his doctorate in Leadership and Change at Antioch University. He is a founding member of the Transformational Leadership Council, and founder of the Association of Transformational Leaders.
