We were successful on paper, but we were far too busy to actually enjoy it.. We had traded steel-toe boots for Slack notifications & being locked in our offices for 10+ hours daily.. Different uniform. Same trap.

We found that almost every single customer, regardless of what they eventually bought, had two things in common:
