Advanced Curative Title – Logan Fullmer

The ‘Advanced Curative Title Course’ goes deeper in to the concepts covered in the ‘Intro to Curative Title’ course. Here we dive in to the title practitioner’s role, the resources available to them, differentiating between types of liens, and how to navigate them. We look in to the common ‘dirty title’ issues and how resolving those title issues can unlock massive profits in a deal.

Along with several guest speakers who are experts in their own fields, we look at several case studies and how complex title issues were resolved.

Parts of the course go over land subdivision, surveying, and potential issues with land deals.

And one of the most interesting components of the course is the ability to determine whether or not a particular property is a ‘deal or no deal’ via several examples presented.
