About Liz Benny

This is Liz… I’m a super happy ridiculously energetic person, who’s married to one of the most amazing women on the planet. We live in Christchurch, NZ with my amazing step kids and two super cute Spoodles.

I hold a Bachelor of Social Sciences, Majoring in Social Psychology and I also hold a Masters in Business Management (Distinction) where I was amongst the earliest researchers of Positive Psychology globally.

I get the pleasure of consulting the consultants who help 7-9 figure businesses, and companies going public.

I’ve shared the stage with Tom Bilyeu, Tony Robbins and Garratt J White, as well as many others throughout the years.

I’ve worked closely with some of the world’s top entrepreneurs and leaders to help them grow both businesses and lives they love for over 10 years.

I’ve been coaching for 20 years, having started as a Life Coach, then moved to Business Coaching and now I take a very holistic, bespoke approach with every client.
