About Jonathan Hinshaw & Brent Weaver
Jonathan Hinshaw co-founded EBWAY Creative Solutions with his wife Shalaine in 2006. While working for a High-Line Automotive dealership in Arizona, he fell in love web design and web marketing which ultimately led to the creation of what is now known as EBWAY Creative Solutions. As managing director of EBWAY Creative, Jonathan gets to split his time between running the business, developing new business, consulting and helping his team push the boundaries of website design.
Brent Weaver started creating websites around 15 years of age and never stopped. He spent the first 12 years of his professional career growing HotPress Web into one of the most successful website agencies in Denver. He worked with some of the top businesses and non-profits in the state creating websites and online marketing campaigns.
In 2012, he sold his agency to another Denver superstar, Phil Lockwood at Distill, so he could focus his energy on creating products to help web designer pros become more profitable. In November of 2012, he founded uGurus.com to realize this vision. Before he sold his agency, in 2009, he created a site dedicated to helping Business Catalyst professionals be more profitable.
Starting as just a blog, this site today has helped thousands of BC professionals from around. BC Gurus is now operated by uGurus. Over the years, Brent has used his experience to help other web designers. He spends some of his time continuing to consult 1-on-1 with web entrepreneurs in the early to mid stage of their journey.
