Who is CDS Real Estate Investing Course course for?
This course is for both first time investors with no experience and experienced investors who already own property. This course starts from the beginning and get’s deeper as it goes on, sharing all my processes and tips to increase your deal flow and upgrade the systems you might already have in place.
About Chandler Smith
Chandler Smith started as a door to door salesman in 2012 selling pest control. In his first year, he broke the rookie record selling 459 accounts. He quickly excelled into leadership and worked his way up though the company. Chandler is now the Vice President of Sales for the nationally recognized pest control company Aptive Environmental. He has recruited, mentored, trained and managed thousands of sales reps over the last ten years. In 2021, his door to door sales force sold and serviced more than $26,000,000 in revenue in one summer.
At 23 years old, Chandler started investing, he quickly fell in love with investing in rentals and progressed in to multi-family real estate. At age 31, Chandler now owns 150+ units of residential real estate, 160+ storage units and a commercial office building. Together, that is more than $25,000,000 worth of rental real estate.. He is passionate about sales, real-estate investing, mentoring, travel, and most importantly, his family.
